• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed.

6Bonuses and Promotions

iccwin uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all games. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by iccwin, the player, or any third party. If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault, iccwin will resolve the round based on the game state at the time of interruption, in accordance with the rules of the specific game.

• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering rules of the applicable promotion.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on iccwin. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of account balances:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

9Account Suspension and Closure

Players may also request the closure of their own iccwin account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

If your iccwin account is suspended due to a Terms violation, you may contact support to appeal the decision. iccwin will review appeals on a case-by-case basis, but is not obligated to reinstate suspended accounts.
